Live with Strength!
Few things make me happy to get up at 5:30 am, but working out with Jason is one of them. He makes the workouts incredibly challenging and so satisfying when you complete them. His consistently cheerful disposition can't help but make you smile too. And the results have been almost shocking - the shape of my body is changing with every week. (Now if only I could quit eating my child's food, I might actually lose the jiggly belly that 9 solid months of eating junk food while I was pregnant gave me!) I don't miss the inches that I've lost and love my newly toned muscles!

I have had the pleasure of working out with Jason for almost a year. This is approximately 11 months longer than I have worked out with any trainer in the past. And I have had a few others. Let's see - there was Vick* who showed up only approximately 2 out of our scheduled 6 sessions. After getting up and driving to meet him at a gym at 5:30 in the morning this relationship promptly ended at session 7! A few years later I tried Jim*. Nice enough guy and attendance was not a problem for him. The issue with this short relationship was that the workouts were not sustainable. I frequently asked him if her got the exercises from "torture.com".
After the birth of my second baby, I got in touch with Jason. I already knew his personality from a weekly session at Gymboree with my older son and I hoped that this would be a turning point in my trainer/trainee relationship history. From day one, I could tell it was going to be great. Jason never once weighed or measured me (a big fear I had, having just given birth 6 weeks earlier and still recovering from a C-section), and he continued to be supportive at our bi-weekly sessions.
Jason came to my house, which made it so easy, as a new mom, and created little or no room for excuses for not showing up at the session. He really listened to me about what my fitness goals were and tailored a work out to help me become stronger and more fit over the months. I was simply amazed at my strength after just a few months. Jason has helped me recognize how much a part of everyday life I actually use the movements and drills that we work on.
Over our time together, Jason has also become a friend and trusted advisor in the whole realm of strength and nutrition. I truly feel blessed to have had an opportunity to have him change my views of "physical trainers" out there!!

I have had the pleasure of working out with Jason for the past 6 months. I met Jason through my son's Gymboree class and was immediately taken with his natural enthusiasm. He exudes positive energy and has a way of pushing you to your limit with a smile! I had never delved into the arena of personal trainers and feel that I have begun with the best. I have been a runner for a number of years and after the birth of my second son, wasn't feeling very strong. I seemed to be acquiring injury after injury. Also, daily tasks such as loading the boys in and out of their carseats was wearing me out! Our weekly 6am sessions began, and within 2 weeks I began to notice a huge difference in my strength. I felt as if my core muscles were stabilized and I was able to power through my runs without much effort. Since our training sessions began, I feel as if my body has changed dramatically, increasing muscle, which has made daily activities so much easier! I consider Jason a trusted friend and advisor on all things fitness and feel grateful for having him show me that a healthy lifestyle is a easy thing to achieve AND maintain!
