Jason Rhymer is the President of Rhymer Fitness, Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Like all great fitness minds, Jason has his Economics Degree and spent the first few years after college touring the States and Europe as a professional actor and director for a children’s theater…hmmm, are you still reading? Ok, let's get to something important:
Jason is a self-proclaimed "gym rat" and pursuer of strength. He has built a successful personal training and fitness consulting business based on meeting the individual physical, spiritual, and social needs of each client and only using what science and experience says really works. He feels blessed to have learned (and is still learning) from some of the fitness industry's best minds such as Charles Staley, Josh Henkin, Geoff Neupert, Pavel Tsatsouline, Dan John, Kyle Battis, Keats and Franz Snideman, Jon Doyle, Nick Radonjic, Blake Justice, and the list goes on and on.

- Fitness consultant for the Palisades Country Club opening in March '06
- Fitness consultant for the HSBC Corporate Center opening in Summer '06
- Performs fitness evaluations for Dr. Ronald Brown at the Carolina Healthspan Institute
- Speaker to Charlotte Moms of Multiples April '05. Presentation titled "Fit to be a Mom"
- Author of CAMP and SMX, two breakthrough Christian fitness programs
- Speaker at the Christian Educators Conference October 2006
- Producer of the fitness video "Farmers Walk Suicides" coming out in Spring '06
- Fitness expert for a tennis video by Burke Communications and Tim Wilkison, due for an '06 release
Bobby Robinson is a recent graduate from Western Carolina University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in Exercise Science. He also completed a three month Sports Nutrition Consultant certification to combine his two passions; fitness and nutrition.
His career experience includes three years of personal training and one year as the Director of Fitness Activities at Sapphire Valley Country Club and Resort. Currently, he is the Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer at the JCC of Charlotte.
As a Sports Nutrition Consultant, Bobby helped people understand and relate to:
- Safe and proper nutrition, supplements, vitamins and minerals for optimal performance.
- Pre, during, and post nutrition to help maximize performance.
- Advising ways to lose, maintain, and gain weight properly and safely.
- Healthy ways to prepare meals
- Snack ideas that are simple that are simple and easy that are nutritious when you are on the go.
As a Personal Trainer, he emphasizes:
- Dynamic, compound and complete body movements.
- Strength, power and endurance training.
- The CORE is essential.
- There is a difference between working out and training.
- Dumbbells are your best friend for a complete body workout.
- Anything you can find to train is useful.
- Plyometric training.

Bobby was a decathlete for Western Carolina’s Track and Field team in which he managed to obtain four All-Southern Conference titles and be part of the 2004 Indoor Track and Field championship team.
